Eats: Bolsa

Hey there friends! I wanted to share a bit about one of our favorite spots to eat in the Big D. Bolsa is located just near the Bishop Arts District in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, and has rave reviews! This fun & funky restaurant is housed in an old garage, and uses fresh, local ingredients to create an ever changing menu. We've enjoyed a variety of menu items, but our favorite is the "Brunch Burger", that's topped with a fried egg. Yum! I also love their menu of handcrafted cocktails. The "Slick Rick" is my top choice. This is a great weekend brunch spot for us when we are heading into Dallas for the day, as it is on the South side, but it's also a great lunch spot for Monday through Friday 8 to 5ers.

I love the vintage charm of this place, the brick, ivy, and vintage benches. One of the highlights is being able to watch the chef do his magic right from your table. They have an amazing bar top as well, that is both indoors and out! Catch a cocktail on the patio, and bring your pup with you! The patio here is pet friendly, a hot ticket perk these days! So, if you are ever in town check them out at 614 W Davis in Dallas. :)
